Ribolla gialla
Native Friulian grape known in 1300 and present at the table of the Doge of Venice. In the hills it finds its optimal location, it loves sunny and dry soils. Vinified in white and only in steel it gives us a straightforward, fresh, immediate wine, with a very floral, elegant and captivating scent.
Wine to be drunk, it is rich in freshness with an aftertaste of limoncella, rightly citrine recalls a carefree and pleasant drink.
The classic combination is fried fish from the Adriatic, but it also goes well with delicate fish. Also excellent as an aperitif.
