Aging in 25/35 Hl French oak barrels.
Ruby red color and violet reflections. On the nose ripe fruit, plums and berries above all.
On the palate it is initially austere and then opens with elegant tannins and the refinement gives elegance and softness that find a perfect match with red meats, game and aged cheeses.
