A vine of absolute importance worldwide, considered one of the most important in the world, it arrived in Friuli in recent times and it is well established.
It finds its best habitat in the pre-Alpine hills, caressed by the fresh winds coming from the mountains, it takes full advantage of the temperature range typical of the area.

Fermentation in conical truncated vats and aging in 500-liter French oak tonneau. Pale red color with garnet notes, very elegant on the nose with notes of small berries. Elegant and complex, the fine tannins make it austere and find a wide range of accompanioments, from cheeses to fish and white meats that are not particularly elaborate.
